The Cruising Life does not necessarily follow a strict plan…

We have spent our life planning everything we do.  Now it is time for exploration and adventure. We have a pretty good idea of where we are going, but cruising life does not necessarily follow a strict plan. We will keep you posted on where the winds take us, our favorite places and experiences, our pet projects, and Paul’s personal mission to teach others to sailing. We hope you will find the opportunity to meet us along the way …. wherever that may be.

Our Adventures

We are really looking forward to sharing our adventures along the way. We look forward to sharing the weird, wild and wonderful stories of our travels in “Our Adventures” blog.

Our Projects

Our days will stay busy both on and off-board. There are always maintenance and repairs required. Paul will also continue to teach and find opportunities to help people achieve their sailing vision. We are also working on the formation of a not-for-profit research initiative called Cruising Sailors - Citizen Scientists (CS2) to gather CO2 data to help assess the health of the world’s oceans and to gather real-time weather data to enable better forecasting in remote areas. Please read more about this exciting initiative!!!

“I will continue to teach sailing to anyone that is passionate about learning the art of sailing.”

— Paul Britton

Where We Are

Please note that the average cruising speed of sailing life is pretty slow - about as fast as you can run a mile. So, life won’t change much from week to week and there is ample time for exploration. Our ocean crossings are a different story and you will be able to follow us using a live tracking app.
